“The Kenyan Collection” beaded dog collars and leashes were born out of a desire to help prove Africa can compete. With 50% of the population living in poverty (less than $1,500 per year) and 25% of the population unemployed, the Kenyans want an opportunity to work and improve their lives without relying on development aid and donations. Drawing on their rich cultural heritage of beading and working with their hands, they developed this incredible line of beaded leather dog collars and leads. Acknowledging their inherent ability to turn single beads into a form of art which tells a story, the 'mamas' do the design work; therefore no two collars are alike. Pick your color combination and select your size and receive a piece of art designed just for you and your pet.

 How to Measure COLLAR SIZE

Place a piece of string around your dog's neck, noting how much string it takes. Measure that length of string by laying it on a ruler or yard stick. A measuring tape is even better to use. However many inches you measured, that’s your dog's neck size.

Sizes:

3/4" wide x 10", 12", 14" long
1" wide x 16", 18", 20", 22" and 24" long
Lurcher: 3/4" on either end, increasing to 2" wide in the center x 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22" long
