Now your dog can go potty in style in its own outdoor/ indoor dog potty! The Penthouse Potty comes with artificial K9 grass that is easy to clean. Liquids run through the channels of the unique drainage tray and are collected in the catch pan below for easy removal. The catch pan comes with a cover to make transport for disposal splash free.

Polyvinyl Frame:

The New Wave Penthouse Potty is made of polyvinyl to withstand harsh weather. The sleek contemporary design and continual wave pattern makes this a real stand-out. The New Wave Potty stands 9" high and weighs approximately 23 pounds.

Drainage Tray:

The specially designed patented tray (which supports the K9 grass) is made of highly durable polyethylene. The tray is manufactured by the same company and with the same materials used in the dog kennels at the Gulf Greyhound Park in Houston. This material was chosen because it can withstand extreme temperature conditions and it will tolerate the acidity in dog urine (which can be damaging to many surfaces). The tray is gently sloped toward the center so all liquids flow toward the hole in the middle. The liquids then drain into a catch pan directly below the tray. The unique design keeps the K9 grass level and gives stable support to your dog while the channels between the supports direct the liquids into the catch pan.

K9 Grass :

Our K9 grass, included with the Penthouse Dog Potty, is the only artificial grass designed specifically for dogs! AlphaSan antimicrobial technology helps reduce the growth of microorganisms for a cleaner, safer, better smelling environment. An organic attractant is added which is a scent your dog understands. A training spray, also included, will encourage your dog to use his new Penthouse Dog Potty during the initial training period. K9 grass is commonly used in dog runs because of its ability to withstand the effects of dog urine. Most dogs readily adapt to the K9 grass. If you prefer, real sod and grass can be purchased from your local nursery and will work just as well with the Penthouse Dog Potty. The tray will still provide the support needed for holding the sod.

Catch Pan:

The catch pan located under the drainage tray will collect your pet’s urine as well as rainwater and any cleaning fluids. It is also made of high quality polyethylene which is urine and temperature tolerant. The easy-to-handle container is simple to maintain with regular cleaning. Liquids caught in the catch pan can simply be flushed down your commode. The catch pan comes with a cover to prevent any spillage while transporting and emptying. The compact 6 quart container measures 11” X 11” and can easily be handled by one person. No more accidents, messy trash or pee-pee pads! The ease of cleaning the tray and catch pan makes this system far superior to any other dog potty on the market!
